no objections to the proposed development
SPMCE strongly objects to the stables proposal citing non-compliance with countryside planning policy and misrepresentation of farm status; Highway Division objects due to inadequate visibility; Andreas Parish has no objections.
Key concern: proposal does not accord with adopted Planning Policy and will result in substantially new dwelling in countryside
SPMCE
ObjectionThus the Society STRONGLY OBJECTS in that the proposal does not accord with adopted Planning Policy and will most likely result in the erection of a substantially new dwelling in the countryside.; Neither do we know if it is 'substantially intact and structurally capable of renovation' (See Circular 3/89)
Department of Transport Highway Division
ObjectionThe visibility from the existing access is inadequate to serve the needs of the development. The creation of a vehicle turning facility will increase the liklihood of vehicles entering the field and stopping sight distance ( 2.0 metres by 23 metres) must be provided to ensure highway safety
Andreas Parish Commissioners
No Objectionmy commissioners have now considered the above proposed development, and have no objections thereto
