In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:
Name: Rockborough Ltd Proposal: Erection of stables with concrete hard standing and fencing in field 122154 and the use of fields 122154 & 124045 for the keeping of horses at: Field No 122154 & 124045 Off The Loop Road West Craig St Judes Isle Of Man
which was considered on 21 April 2006, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- This permission relates to the continued use of field no. 122154 and 124045 for the keeping of horses and the erection of a stable block as shown in drawing numbers 05/2141/01/01A and 05/2141/02A date stamped 14th February 2006.
- The stables may only be used on a private basis. No permission for commercial activity in association with the stables should hereby be conferred by this permission.
- Prior to the erection of the fencing hereby approved, details of the fencing shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the planning authority. The fencing shall be completed in full accordance of the approved details.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

You should note that a copy of the Officer’s report which led to the decision being made, along with any correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.
The proposed development must not be commenced until either;
- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
