In pursuance of powers granted under the above Acts and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 10 February 2006, for the reasons set out below.

NOTE This decision is without prejudice to an application which demonstrates that there is at this time need for two additional dwellings, and which demonstrates that the
dwelling or dwellings could not be accommodated on the other side of the road to the south-east of the farm buildings.
NOTE This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
