Time limit
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

This approval relates specifically to use of the site for the hire, repair, and storage of small tools and equipment, and the sale of associated products, together with associated offices; no approval is hereby granted to use of the site for purely retail purposes or for any other mixture of uses than that stated.
Signage approval
No signage may be displayed without the prior written consent of the Planning Committee.
Fire safety consultation
Prior to the commencement of the proposed use, the developer must consult with the Fire Safety Office to discuss all aspects of fire safety; and implement the recommendations arising from this consultation.
