✗By virtue of accuracy, quality and context it is considered that the planning application submission is inadequately detailed. However insofar as can be assessed from the planning application submission it is considered that by reason of it size, position and extent the proposed conservatory would have an adverse and unacceptable detrimental impact on the level of light and private amenity of the neighbouring property.
