In pursuance of powers granted under the above Acts and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby REFUSE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 20 May 2005, for the reasons set out below.

Reasons For Refusal:
- By virtue of accuracy, quality and context it is considered that the planning application submission is inadequately detailed. However insofar as can be assessed from the planning application submission it is considered that by reason of it size, position and extent the proposed conservatory would have an adverse and unacceptable detrimental impact on the level of light and private amenity of the neighbouring property.
- This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
