In pursuance of powers granted under the above Acts and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the application made by you on behalf of: The Co-operative Bank

Which was considered on 13 August 2004, subject to compliance with the conditions specified on the attached schedule.

Note 1: This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment, bylaw, order or regulation.
Note 2: No works may be commenced until such time as -
- the time for requesting a review of the initial decision has expired; or
- any review of the initial decision has been completed; or
- the time for requesting an appeal in relation to the decision has expired; or
- any appeal has been completed.

- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the installation of an ATM machine as shown in drawings LP (04) 041 and RSS (04) 041 both received on 21st June, 2004.
- The facility must include a waste paper facility so that litter from the machine does not detrimentally affect the Conservation Area in which the facility is to be located.
NOTE The applicant is recommended to consult the Disability Access Officer in respect of the design and installation of the new facility and its use by disabled persons.
This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
