1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

2. This approval relates to the installation of an ATM machine as shown in drawings LP (04) 041 and RSS (04) 041 both received on 21st June, 2004.

3. The facility must include a waste paper facility so that litter from the machine does not detrimentally affect the Conservation Area in which the facility is to be located.

NOTE The applicant is recommended to consult the Disability Access Officer in respect of the design and installation of the new facility and its use by disabled persons.

This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
