NOTE: Prior to the commencement of works, a large scale (1:20) section drawing of the cornice profile must be approved by the Planning Authority. NOTE: This drawing should be prepared in consultation with the Department's Conservation Officer.

All roof lights must be heritage style.

Shop fronts approval
Prior to the commencement of works, a large scale drawing of the shop fronts at ground floor level must be submitted to and approved by the Planning Committee.
