Department of Transport Drainage Division
Conditional No ObjectionIt is noted that foul effluent from this development is to be treated by a shared septic tank. The applicant should be aware that the responsibility for that system would remain with the landowner.
Conditions requested: foul effluent from this development is to be treated by a shared septic tank. The applicant should be aware that the responsibility for that system would remain with the landowner. Any change of ownership and/or occupation and/or use of these buildings will NOT convert that drainage to a public system, as such septic tank drainage is defined as a private "cesspool" under section 42(4) of the Sewerage Act 1999.

Poor visibility on crossing the Peel/Michael coast road.
