Time limit
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

This approval relates to the erection of a dwelling as shown in drawing numbers 0344/1/1, 0344/1/2 and 0344/1/3 date stamped the 6th August 2003.
Agricultural occupancy restriction
The occupation of the proposed dwelling must be limited to persons whose employment or latest employment is or was employed in agriculture in the Island and including also the dependants of such persons as foresaid.
Curtilage definition
The residential curtilage of the property is hereby defined by the red line as shown on drawing number 0344/1/2 date stamped the 6th August 2003.
Roof materials approval
The roof(s) must be finished in natural slate or a high quality imitation slate which must be approved by the Planning Authority PRIOR to the commencement of works.
