In pursuance of powers granted under the above Acts and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the application made by you on behalf of: Mrs E J Caley
Proposal: Erection of an agricultural workers retirement dwelling at: Lheakerrow Farm Andreas Road Regaby Ramsey IM7 4EJ which was considered on 16 October 2003, subject to the compliance with the conditions or modifications specified on the attached schedule.
Date of Issue: 2nd October, 2003 Murray House Mount Havelock Douglas Isle of Man Secretary Planning Committee Note 1: This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment, bylaw, order or regulation.
Note 2: No works may be commenced until such time as -
- the time for requesting a review of the initial decision has expired; or
- any review of the initial decision has been completed; or
- the time for requesting an appeal in relation to the decision has expired; or
- any appeal has been completed.
Note 3: Rights of the review of the decision are attached.

- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the erection of a dwelling as shown in drawing numbers $0344 / 1 / 1,0344 / 1 / 2$ and $0344 / 1 / 3$ date stamped the 6 th August 2003.
- The occupation of the proposed dwelling must be limited to persons whose employment or latest employment is or was employed in agriculture in the Island and including also the dependants of such persons as foresaid.
- The residential curtilage of the property is hereby defined by the red line as shown on drawing number $0344 / 1 / 2$ date stamped the 6th August 2003.
- The roof(s) must be finished in natural slate or a high quality imitation slate which must be approved by the Planning Authority PRIOR to the commencement of works.
- No other works shall be commenced on site until the access with the adopted highway, including visibility splays, has been set out and established to the satisfaction of the Planning Authority after consultation with the Highway Authority.
This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
