Approved plans
The approval relates to the construction of a new access road and associated works as detailed on drawing numbers L001 Rev A1 and S10 Rev A2 only.
Time limit
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
Closure of existing access
Within 3 months of the date that the new access becomes available for use by vehicular traffic the existing access must be permanently closed off to traffic. Details of how this is to be carried out must be submitted to and approved by the Planning Committee prior to the commencement of works.
