1. The applicant relates to the construction of a

new access road and associated works as detailed on planning numbers L001 Rev A1 and S10 Rev A2 only.

1. Within 3 months of the date that

the new access becomes available to use by Vencital traffic the existing access must be permanently closed off to traffic. Details of how this is to be called at must be submitted to and applied by the planning committee prior to the commencement of works.

Note: During construction works, every effort must be made to minimize the surface area of planter from the site to safeguard against pollution to the ditch adjacent to the site. Further advice can be gained from the Island Fisheries Development Manager at DAFF.
