General Policy 2
General Policy 2 of the adopted Isle of Man Strategic Plan 2007 governs development principles, including protection of visual amenities. The officer tested the parking area's visibility from Tromode Road and its contribution to streetscene character, concluding the grass does not significantly contribute and surfacing would not adversely affect locality amenities. No tensions noted; straightforward compliance due to minor scale and site context.
