General Policy 2
General Policy 2 is the relevant policy given the nature of the application in a Mixed Use area zoned by the Ramsey Local Plan 1998. Time limit
The development hereby approved shall be begun before the expiration of four years from the date of this decision notice. Reason: To comply with article 14 of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) (No2) Order 2013 and to avoid the accumulation of unimplemented planning approvals.
Operating hours
No customers shall be served or remain in the hereby approved delicatessen outside the following hours: Tuesday to Saturday 1000hrs to 1800hrs, Sunday 1100hrs to 1600hrs. Reason: In the interest of nearby residential amenities.
