Re: P.A. No. 15/00146/C - Change of use of room currently designated as restaurant to delicatessen in addition to present restaurant activities - Ground Floor, Jean Pierre's Bistro, Court Row Chambers, Court Row, Ramsey for Thyme and Plaice Limited

I am directed to advise that the Commissioners considered the above application at their meeting held on Wednesday 18th February, 2015, and whilst they had no objection to the proposal, they made the following observation:-

• The Applicant has supplied details of opening hours for the proposed delicatessen, the hours being 10.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. Tuesday to Saturday and 11.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. on Sunday.

Should this application be approved, the Commission recommends the inclusion of the above information as a Condition of any such approval. I trust that this observation will be brought to the attention of the Planning Committee, when considering this application. Yours faithfully,
