The proposed changes are very minor in nature and will improve the availability of facilities at the college site for the benefit of those who learn and teach there.
General Policy 2
GP2 permits development in accordance with land use zoning in Area Plans provided it respects site/surroundings in siting/layout/scale/form/design/landscaping; does not adversely affect townscape character, resident amenity, or locality character; provides safe access/parking; does not impact road safety/traffic; can be serviced; and does not prejudice adjoining land. The officer assessed the minor works as compliant, noting they are not prominent or detrimental to the functional building, cause no access/parking changes, and have no adverse impact on neighbours or townscape.
Time limit
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

This approval relates to the alterations and works shown in drawings reference P-i01, P-i-02, P-i-03, P-i-04, P-i-05 and P-i-06 all received on 3rd June, 2013.
