The colour finish of the vinyl paneling and framing forming the construction of the smoking shelter shall be finished as shown on Drawing Number 1326 PH 200L received on 25 March 2014; and Drawing Number 1326 PH 201 (proposed) received on 27 March 2014; and shall be retained as such at all times. Reason: In the interests of the character and appearance of the Conservation Area.
