The condition requires a plan to identify waste materials and measures to minimise waste/maximise reuse/recycling for efficient energy use through waste reduction. The submitted plan was tested against this by detailing waste types, quantities, reuse (e.g. topsoil/subsoil on-site), recycling routes, and duty of care, and found satisfactory by officers and EPU.
