Flood resistance measures
Prior to occupation the flood resistance measures, as shown in the Flood Risk Assessment dated received 25th November 2022/ reviewed November 2024, must be provided and easily available at all times and retained as such thereafter. Reason: In the interests of occupants' safety in the event of a flood.
