Would we be able to get some clarification about the following statement... ‘The lighting to the social area at the rear of the site will be controlled be dusk to dawn day light control and PIR (passive infrared sensors)’; the bollard lighting chosen has a 360° beam, which doesn’t limit rear lighting. So lighting with a 180° beam would seem more appropriate
