General Policy 2
General Policy 2 permits development in accordance with land-use zoning and Area Plan proposals provided it respects site surroundings in siting, layout, scale, form, design; does not harm amenity, character, wildlife, views, highways, or services. The officer assessed the replacement shelters as compliant, being modest, within existing retail zoning, of similar dimensions to existing, and improving amenity without adverse impacts.
Time limit
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
