ObjectionThe Commissioners consider that the design and scale is rather large for a home office and question the true purpose of the development.; There is particular concern as to the height of the building which would become clearly visible to neighbours.; Generally, the proposal, if allowed, will result in a building tantamount to a new dwelling in the Countryside contrary to the Strategic Plan.; The Commissioners therefore OBJECT to this Application which should be refused.
Patrick Commissioners
No CommentThe Commissioners continue to have concerns about the scale and purpose of the proposed development and believe that the Application should be refused.; They wish their remarks to be recorded as comment rather than objection however and will leave determination of the matter to your Department and the Committee.
