Recreation Policy 2
Policy prohibits development adversely affecting or losing open space/recreation facilities of community value unless alternative equivalent provision is made and there is overall community gain with no significant unacceptable effect on local provision or area character/amenity. Officer assessed the loss of rough hardstanding training area and small triangular golf parcel as outweighed by greater community/recreational benefit of the indoor multi-sport facility, with no significant impacts on amenity or character.
Time limit
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

This approval relates to drawing no.s PFC/TC/1/12, PTC/TC/2/12, PFC/TC/3/12 and 7298-02 date stamped the 1st March 2012.
Materials approval
Prior to the commencement of development details of the external colours of the approved building must be submitted to and agreed in writing by the Planning Authority.
Construction hours
The building hereby approved may be used between 0800hrs and 2300hrs in any one day.
