In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the PLANNING COMMITTEE of the Department of Infrastructure does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 30th April 2012, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to drawing no.s PFC/TC/1/12, PTC/TC/2/12, PFC/TC/3/12 and 7298-02 date stamped the 1st March 2012.
- Prior to the commencement of development details of the external colours of the approved building must be submitted to and agreed in writing by the Planning Authority.
- The building hereby approved may be used between 0800hrs and 2300hrs in any one day.
NOTE The Committee in making its decision, expressed the view that the project was a remarkable community achievement and that the fund raising committee should be commended for their efforts.
This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Article 3(1) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Please note that a copy of the Officer’s report which led to the decision, together with correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.
The proposed development must not be commenced until either;

- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
