Parts (b), (c) and (g) of GP2 are the most relevant given the site's predominantly residential zoning in Ramsey Local Plan 1998 and the proposal's nature and scale. The officer tested visual impact and design against (b) and (c), finding the replacement manages change without harmful aesthetic impact despite larger mass.
