Two local residents objected to the telecom mast due to visual impact, landscape value, and location issues, while Arbory Parish Commissioners had no comments.
Key concern: obtrusive visual impact in Area of High Landscape or Coastal Value and Open Space designation
PJ Cringle
Objectionthe pole will be clearly seen in isolation from the football club floodlights and will most certainly be a feature alien to the area and a very obtrusive 'blot on the landscape'; No residential properties would have direct views of the proposed installation ...' ~ the 15 metre high pole will feature very prominently in every view we have over the rural and scenic outlook; alternatives, which do not create such an imposing and detrimental visual impact in such a rural area, do exist
Ken & Carol Lewin
ObjectionIt would obstruct our view across the fields to the sea and beyond to north wales, in other words an eye sore.; We suggest it be sited the other side of the football field by the existing flood light poles and would not look so out of place
