Conditional No ObjectionContrary to the wording of this application as per the 'list' , it does not include the replacement of the front door.; The windows on the front elevation should be of the sliding sash variety and not casement windows with horns.; To avoid any doubt there should be a condition of approval viz : The replacement windows on the front elevation should be of the sliding sash variety, with horns, externally applied vertical glazing bar and a minimum of 75 mm cill height. No approval is given or implied to the replacement of the existing front door.; We have now viewed those details and have observed the shallowness of the cill which should be built up, with cover piece, to give a thickness at the front of 75 mm .
