General Policy 2
General Policy 2 requires development to be of suitable character and improve access/amenity. The officer assessed the car park amendments as complying with parts (b) and (h), noting improvements to visual appearance and user experience at the hospice. Despite not qualifying as permitted development under Schedule 4 (not by Department of Health), it was deemed appropriate in the DHSS zoned site.
Time limit
The development hereby approved shall be begun before the expiration of four years from the date of this decision notice. Reason: To comply with article 14 of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) (No2) Order 2013 and to avoid the accumulation of unimplemented planning approvals.
