For the avoidance of doubt, approval is granted for the following uses only: Use Class 1.1 solely; Baking and Decorating Workshop solely; Combination of Use Class 1.1 and Baking and Decorating Workshop together. No approval is given for any other use or activity falling within Use Classes 4.3 or 4.4 of the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 2019.
