Requires protection of countryside from inappropriate development. Officer assessed the caravan as temporary, screened within farm courtyard, and tied to approved works, avoiding permanent intrusion.

German Commissioners
ObjectionMy Commissioners object to this application for the following reasons; There is to our knowledge no one living on the site therefore no requirement for the caravan.; The board would be very concerned that it would not be removed at the end of works and they would not want to set a precedent.; The Commissioners have they feel been lenient over the various applications received for this site however, this application should not be approved.; There would be presumably no habitation certificate issued for the caravan
