From the Planning List 6 January 2023 and excluding planning applications with suffix ‘CON’ and re- consultations, the following has highway related impacts and is subject to a separate response:

The following planning applications have no significant negative impact upon the highway network in terms of highway safety, highway operation and car parking. Highway Services HDC does not oppose (DNO) the following applications. Advisory comments are applied where relevant, such as for licences to use the highway for equipment and material during works:
· 22/01529/B - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking. · 22/01553/B - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking. · 22/01555/B - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking. A more convenient manoeuvring arrangement would result from the implementation of the proposal where the driveway is shared. · 22/01559/B - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking. · 23/00003/B - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking. The Applicant is advised to consider the provision of enclosed and secure cycle storage and electric vehicle charging point to aide Active Travel and net zero objectives. · 23/00023/B - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking. The Applicant to note that the section of the rear access lane fronting no. 11 to which the proposed access is to connect is an unadopted street and drawn outside of the red line. It would require the landowners’ permission to connect to it and pass along it to link to the adopted section. The Applicant is advised to consider rights of access, liabilities and responsibilities relating to a private street, such as upkeep. Additionally, the Applicant is advised to consider the provision of enclosed and secure cycle storage to accommodate one bicycle per bedroom and electric vehicle charging point to aide Active Travel and net zero objectives.
