In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Infrastructure does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 11th July 2011, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates the erection of a dormer and the creation of a window opening as shown in drawing numbers 01 Rev C and 02 date stamped 28th April 2011 and email from Kevin Graham dated 1st July 2011.
- The window to be formed in the north west facing wall must be glazed or re-glazed with obscure glass only.
- No facing materials shall be used other than materials similar to those use on the existing building.
- The roof of the dormer must be constructed using forticrete Centurion Low Pitch Roof Tile, as detailed in the email from Kevin Graham dated 1st July 2011.
This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
