Time limit
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

This approval relates to the location plan, site plan and drawing no.s 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 date stamped the 15th April 2011.
Holiday use only
The accommodation hereby approved shall be used solely as holiday accommodation, with no individual or consecutive letting exceeding four weeks in duration.
