The following on 25 March 2022 list have some potential impact, but after being assessed in terms of highway safety, highway operation and car parking these were found to have no significant negative impact upon the highway network. Highway Services HDC does not oppose (DNO) the following applications; although some will require licences to use the highway etc. for their proposed works as indicated:

The Applicant is advised that highway licences may be necessary for the use of the highway during works. · 22/00264/D - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking on conditions being applied to the proposed digital screen to meet public safety requirements, such as on brightness, moving images and fail save mechanisms.
