Time limit
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
Approved drawings
This permission relates to the erection of two buildings as shown and described in the drawings reference FPL/RS/01 and -02 both received on 9th December, 2008.
Use restriction
The buildings may be used only for the sorting and processing of waste in conjunction with the authorised use of the site as a waste transfer station.
Materials approval
Prior to the commencement of works on the proposed building, the applicant must have approved by the Planning Authority a sample of the exterior sheeting which must be a matt finish - either grey, dark green or dark brown.
