Environment Policy 35
Policy requires that within Conservation Areas, only development which preserves or enhances the character or appearance of the Area is permitted, protecting special features. The officer assessed the rear works as hidden from public view with no adverse impact on the setting, and an improvement to the built fabric despite the poor existing extension.
Time limit
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
