In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 14th May 2009, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the erection of an agricultural building as proposed in the submitted documents which are date-stamped 23rd September 2008.
- On construction the external walls and roof of the approved building must be clad in dark green and retained as such thereafter.
- The building must only be used for agricultural purposes.
- Prior to the occupation of the new yard the proposed banking is to be completed in accordance with further details to be submitted to and approved in writing by the Planning
This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
