This approval relates to the erection of an agricultural building as proposed in the submitted documents which are date-stamped 23rd September 2008.
Materials
On construction the external walls and roof of the approved building must be clad in dark green and retained as such thereafter.
Agricultural use only
The building must only be used for agricultural purposes.
Landscaping/banking details
Prior to the occupation of the new yard the proposed banking is to be completed in accordance with further details to be submitted to and approved in writing by the Planning Authority. Such details are to include scaled cross sections and details of the materials of the bank and its landscaping.
