Policy RES/PR/1 (Laxey and Lonan Area Plan Order 2005)
This policy states residential development will generally only be approved in areas designated as proposed and existing residential, with alterations and extensions to existing property accepted if sympathetic to the character and appearance of the building and surrounding area. Garden wall rebuilding
Prior to the first habitable accommodation of the building hereby permitted by this approval the garden wall to the front of Pinfold Cottage must be rebuilt, and thereafter retained, at a height no greater than one metre.
Surface water drainage
There must be no discharge of surface water to the main foul sewer.
