Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the change of use of a shop to a betting shop (Class 2 of Schedule 4 of the Town and Country Planning (Permitted Development) Order 2005) as show in the Location Plan and Floors Plans date stamped 2nd September 2008
- No customers shall be on the premises except between 10am to 9pm Monday to Saturday and 11am to 6 pm Sunday.
This decision was made by the Acting Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
