Schedule Of Conditions:
- This approval relates to the erection of a timber fence on the inside of the boundary wall of 25 Slieau Whallian Park as shown by the plans and information 1737/1, 1731/2, Photographs $\times 9$ and Support Letter.
- Within 28 days of the approval notice becoming final, all fencing currently erected must be lowered to a height not exceeding 2 metres as measured from the pavement side of the boundary wall. All fencing to be erected must not exceed 2 metres in height as measured from the pavement side of the boundary wall.
- On construction, all fencing must be stained so as to match the fencing shown on Photograph No. 1 submitted and date stamped 8th September 2008.
This decision was made by the Acting Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Whichever is the later.
