Approved plans
This approval relates to the erection of a timber fence on the inside of the boundary wall of 25 Slieau Whallian Park as shown by the plans and information 1737/1, 1731/2, Photographs ×9 and Support Letter.
Height limit and lowering
Within 28 days of the approval notice becoming final, all fencing currently erected must be lowered to a height not exceeding 2 metres as measured from the pavement side of the boundary wall. All fencing to be erected must not exceed 2 metres in height as measured from the pavement side of the boundary wall.
Staining materials
On construction, all fencing must be stained so as to match the fencing shown on Photograph No. 1 submitted and date stamped 8th September 2008.
