In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 11th December 2008, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the submitted location plan 01791/1 and photographs x 5 all received on 18th September, 2008.
- PRIOR to the commencement of any building works, large scale (1:20 / 1:10) detail drawings of the window to be replaced are to be submitted to indicate the framing detail, material and glazing bar profiles. No works shall take place until the submitted details have
been approved in writing by the Planning Authority and development shall not proceed subsequently except in accordance with the approved details.
This decision was made by the Acting Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
