Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the submitted Site Location Plan date stamped 07 Aug 2008 and Polaroid photographs, all date stamped 18 September 2008 entitled:
'Dining room window viewed from inside' 'Exterior View – Rear "Leafield" 'Close up from outside Dining Room Window "Leafield" 'Dining Room Window "Leafield"
- PRIOR to the commencement of any building works, large scale (1:20 / 1:10) detail drawings of the window to be replaced are to be submitted to indicate the framing detail, material and glazing bar profiles. No works shall take place until the submitted details have been approved in writing by the Planning Authority and development shall not proceed subsequently except in accordance with the approved details.
This decision was made by the Acting Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This decision notice is issued in accordance with Regulation 9(1) of the Registered Building Regulations 2005.
The proposed development must not be commenced until either;
- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Please note that a copy of the Officer’s report which led to the decision, together with correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.
If this determination is running concurrently with a planning application, the content of the registered building application is excluded from that consideration. If need be, an appeal against the determination of registered building consent must be made independently.
