In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
This permission relates to the alterations and extensions shown in drawings reference WL/08/1092/1, -/2, -/3 and -/4 all received on 1st August, 2008 and subject to the conditions of this permission.
Prior to the occupation of the proposed accommodation, a 2 m high fence must be erected (which could be erected without the need for planning permission, under the provisions of the Town and Country Planning Permitted Development) Order 2005) which extends from the rear boundary, parallel with the southern boundary up to a point at least 12.5 m along this boundary so as to screen the view of and from the proposed new window in the southern elevation. Once erected the fence, or a similar height fence, must be retained.
No authority is given to the undertaking of any work on, over or under land which is not in the ownership or control of the applicant.
Note: it is noted that the applicant's agent has indicated that the proposed works can be undertaken entirely within the application site without the need to encroach onto any neighbouring land.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building Control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
