Time limit

Screening fence
Prior to the occupation of the proposed accommodation, a 2 m high fence must be erected (which could be erected without the need for planning permission, under the provisions of the Town and Country Planning Permitted Development) Order 2005) which extends from the rear boundary, parallel with the southern boundary up to a point at least 12.5 m along this boundary so as to screen the view of and from the proposed new window in the southern elevation. Once erected the fence, or a similar height fence, must be retained.
