Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the extension as proposed in the submitted documents and drawings 4216-LP, 4216-SP, 4216-1 and 4216-2 all received on 23rd July 2008.
- The external finishes of the extension must match those of the existing building in all respects.
This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
