Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval, which relates to the provision of a sales office, car park and sales board as shown in drawing no. 007/007 date stamped 25th July 2008, is valid for a period of four years from the date of the approval or until the sale of the final dwelling within the residential development on the adjoining land that is permitted by planning application 07/02153/B, whichever is the sooner. After that time the development must be removed from the application site and the land returned to its original state.

- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
